Could you watch and listen to this beautiful scene without looking at your phone, listening to the chatter next to you about last nights soap or what flash car has just sped by? 

Mindfulness is all about being in the moment. Whether you are mindfully eating, meditating, counting up to 10 without going off topic or mindfully walking - you will be noting your feelings and experiences without judgement.

This is incredibly relaxing and gives your brain a rest. By being in the moment, you focus on the present and not the past or future. Past and future thoughts can be tough for some people.

Learn to let go of unpleasant thoughts, meditate and relax!
